Abstract: This article examines the security concerns that stem from the online shopping and highly dynamic systems (HDSs). HDSs are complex, dynamic and data-intensive systems with autonomous components, constant growth, and dynamic negotiation among representations of multiple participants and stakeholders. The author asserts that the automated and unconscious nature of how HDS processes' interact with online shopping customers could potentially lead to security concerns regarding the large amount of personal or legal data being exchanged.
