Abstract: The article discusses application of gaming computers in preparing employees for meetings and sales pitches. The games played are found to reinforce the leadership skills such as sensemaking, visioning, relating and inventing. Areas in company activities and examples of 3D games are offered including the game called Virtual Training Bank for sales training, the A Force More Powerful game for conflict resolution and Executive Challenge where strategies are taught.
