Abstract: The article offers information on the fourth annual convention of specialists of Nazi Germany in Institut fuer Zeitgeschichte in Munich. Der Spiegel, writer of West German's enterprising weekly newsmagazine, says that the bright electric light burning day and night that causes the flaming of Reichstag building.
