Abstract: In this article the author talks about the impact of shyness, awkwardness and social anxiety in person's work and life as a barrier or advantage. Topics discussed include symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder or other mental health issues; social anxiety is a constant feeling of apprehension regarding social situations, combination of biological and environmental factors work as contributors to shyness and social anxiety.
