Abstract: The authors reflect on the importance of changing the culture of medical education. Topics discussed include reason students' mental health are badly affected by the nature of medical school, significance of changing the attitudes and teaching methods of educators as well as changing the stigma around failing and seeking help, and percentage of physicians who suffer from burnout across all specialties.
