| Abstract: | The field of CSCL has provided ample empirical evidence for principles underlying effective design and use of CSCL technologies, such as scripts and prompts, which provide ways of supporting cognitive and social interactions for better collaboration. By the manifesto they suggest CSCL researchers take concrete actions in the pursuit of a more coherent vision of social sensitivity in CSCL drawing from three perspectives. They urge CSCL researchers to explore the concept of social sensitivity in CSCL. [Extracted from the article] |
