Abstract: Focus: PUBLIC COMMUNICATION RIVER TRAILS SCHOOL DISTRICT, like many other districtsacross the country, needs infrastructure projects toimprove its parking lots, roofs and HVAC systems. Gaining Support Even with benefits for the environment, human health andlong-term cost savings, permeable interlocking concretepavers were not welcomed by our public because we did notdo enough communication ahead of time.
