Abstract: The article focuses on the Chinese politician Xi Jinping and President of Russia, Vladimir Putin share a common opposition to U.S. hegemony along with new period of cold war. It mentions that the conflict burrowed its way into global politics, effectively making the U.S. and the Soviet Union participants in the political coalitions of governments around the world.
