Abstract: The article presents four recent research studies about technology in education published in the last three years to help educators better understand role of technology in instruction. These studies are on technology integration and how is it measured in K-12 education, ways through which educators choose a good educational app and exposure of teachers to professional development and the quality of their instructional technology use.
