Abstract: The article focuses on sexual activity of children with other children and adults. Some sex play between children is nearly universal. Certainly sexual curiosity is natural to children, and they not infrequently find occasions to seek out with other youngsters answers to their questions about their own bodies and those of others, both of the same sex and the opposite sex. In most instances of child-adult sexual activity it would seem wise to seek the advice of the court in the hope of both protecting die child's mental health, while at the same lime serving the ends of justice. Many adults who are involved in sexual activities with children are themselves sufficiently disturbed in a psychiatric sense that examination by specialists will reveal their psychopathology.
