| Abstract (English): | We don't usually reflect on accessibility when thinking about academic and career guidance, but not only is the information we offer important, also considering whether it reaches its recipients properly. For the last two years, this goal has been the focus of the publications "Cuaderno de Orientación Académica y Profesional" and "Guía para Familias y Alumnos de la Comunidad de Madrid": to facilitate users' access, to be able to inform themselves, and make well-founded and autonomous decisions. To achieve this goal, the publications are evaluated in two different ways: on the one hand, data from Google Analytics are analyzed, providing relevant information about the use and scope of the publications. On the other hand, a survey has been conducted among teachers to obtain information about the use given to this tool and the teachers' perception about its usefulness and possible changes. With the data obtained, improvements have been implemented, adding or highlighting content, introducing new filters and search formats, and improving accessibility. As a result, we currently have at our disposal a specific guidance resource that also contributes to social and educational inclusion and to teachers' long-life learning. Furthermore, an increasing use of ICT in guidance processes is confirmed, as well as the significance of establishing different ways to evaluate, monitor and disseminate these guidance resources to find out their impact and acceptance, so that we can adapt them to the users' needs and expectations. | Abstract (Spanish): | Cuando se reflexiona sobre la orientación académica y profesional no es habitual detenerse en la accesibilidad, pero no importa únicamente la información que se ofrece, sino que llegue adecuadamente a sus destinatarios. En los dos últimos años, este objetivo ha dirigido las publicaciones Cuaderno de Orientación Académica y Profesional y la Guía para Familias y Alumnos de la Comunidad de Madrid: favorecer que los usuarios puedan acceder, informarse y tomar sus decisiones de manera fundamentada y autónoma. Para cumplirlo, las publicaciones se evalúan a través de dos vías: por un lado, se analizan los datos procedentes de Google Analytics, que ofrecen información relevante sobre el uso y alcance de la publicación. Por otro lado, se ha realizado una encuesta al profesorado para obtener información sobre el uso que se realiza, la percepción de utilidad de la herramienta y las posibles mejoras. Con los datos obtenidos se han ido implementando modificaciones, añadiendo o resaltando contenidos, introduciendo nuevos filtros y formatos de búsqueda y mejorando la accesibilidad. Como consecuencia, actualmente constituyen un recurso concreto de orientación que contribuye a su vez a la inclusión educativa y social y a la formación permanente del profesorado. Además, se constata el creciente uso de las herramientas digitales en los procesos de orientación. Por último, se destaca la importancia de tener canales de valoración, seguimiento y comunicación sobre estos recursos para ver su repercusión y aceptación y, en última instancia, adaptar las modificaciones al destinatario final.
