Abstract (English): The Interactive Science and Technology Center (CICyT) abremate, dependent on the National University of Lanús (UNLa), is a non-formal education space that aims at scientific-technological literacy. Like other centers and museums, abremate carries out studies on the experiences and characteristics of its audiences. The analysis of the use of space by visitors is a novelty in the institution and makes it possible to reformulate aspects of the museum proposal. The first expeditious methodological attempts are presented and the subsequent inclusion of audiovisual analysis technologies and the AI MapaGen software, based on artificial intelligence, which was developed specifically between the CICyT and teachers and students of the Bachelor's Degree in Systems at UNLa. The first results allowed the construction of heat maps with the areas of greatest concentration of the public in the room. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
