Abstract (English): The book "The Kaleidoscope of Aspirations: University Students in Unequal Conditions" focuses on the aspirations of young university students in Mexico, a group that represents 30% of students who access higher education in metropolitan areas. Through a questionnaire applied to 3,656 students and interviews with 118, it analyzes the inequalities in their aspirations, influenced by socioeconomic and gender factors. The study highlights that 70% of young people are excluded from access to higher education and concludes that these inequalities affect their ability to aspire to a desirable future, suggesting the need for educational policies that address these disparities. Estudiantes universitarios en condiciones desiguales" se centra en las aspiraciones de jóvenes universitarios en México, un grupo que representa el 30% de los estudiantes que acceden a la educación superior en zonas metropolitanas.
