| Abstract (English): | The article addresses the ongoing effects of the coronavirus pandemic ("Long Covid") on community-oriented adult education in German-speaking countries. Despite relaxed hygiene measures, participant numbers remain below pre-pandemic levels, which is attributed to uncertainties, changed needs, and financial constraints. Providers are responding with organizational adjustments and strategic changes, emphasizing that pure marketing measures are not sufficient; rather, a comprehensive analysis of processes, programs, and team structures is necessary. Central to this is the restoration of security and orientation for participants in order to counteract their loss of control and stress reactions and to build long-term trust. Additionally, the article discusses changed learning preferences, such as the demand for flexible and personalized formats, as well as challenges posed by poor online offerings and rising costs. | Abstract (German): | Der Artikel thematisiert die anhaltenden Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie („Long Covid“) auf die gemeinwohlorientierte Erwachsenenbildung im deutschsprachigen Raum. Trotz gelockerter Hygienemaßnahmen bleiben die Teilnehmerzahlen unter dem Niveau vor der Pandemie, was auf Unsicherheiten, veränderte Bedürfnisse und finanzielle Einschränkungen zurückzuführen ist. Anbieter reagieren darauf mit organisatorischen Anpassungen und strategischen Veränderungen, wobei betont wird, dass reine Marketingmaßnahmen nicht ausreichen, sondern eine umfassende Analyse von Abläufen, Programmen und Teamstrukturen notwendig ist. Zentral ist die Wiederherstellung von Sicherheit und Orientierung bei den Teilnehmenden, um deren Kontrollverlust und Stressreaktionen entgegenzuwirken und langfristig Vertrauen aufzubauen.
