Abstract (English): Considering the need to understand the integration of global agendas and their reinterpretation in the local context, this study analyzes the implementation of two educational programs that were part of the innovation agenda in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, between 2015 and 2019. Based on an analysis of state documents and interviews with public officials, we focus on the diagnoses that framed these programs, the experiences and perspectives on the problems that guided policymakers, and the objectives and actions deployed to achieve results. The orientation of the local programs shows common characteristics linked to the promotion of global agendas focused on social-emotional learning and active methodologies centered on collaborative work and dialogic, project-based learning. They also express differences regarding the foundations and visions that guided decision-makers in the program implementation process. In this sense, despite sharing common diagnoses, the local proposals are reinterpreted based on the practical experience of the actors responsible for undertaking, formulating, and implementing these programs. Abstract (Spanish): Considerando la necesidad de comprender la integración de las agendas globales y su resignificación en el contexto local, se analiza la implementación de dos programas educativos que formaron parte de la agenda de innovación en la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina entre 2015-2019. A partir de un análisis de documentos estatales y entrevistas realizadas a funcionarios públicos, nos centramos en los diagnósticos que enmarcaron a estos programas, las experiencias y visiones sobre las problemáticas que orientaron a los decisores de políticas y en los objetivos y acciones desplegadas para la búsqueda de resultados. La orientación de los programas locales muestra características comunes vinculadas a la promoción de agendas globales focalizadas en la educación socioemocional y las metodologías activas centradas en el trabajo colaborativo y el aprendizaje dialógico basado en proyectos. También expresan diferencias respecto a los fundamentos y visiones que orientaron a los decisores en el proceso implementación de los programas. En este sentido, las propuestas locales a pesar de compartir diagnósticos comunes, se resignifican a partir de la experiencia puesta en práctica de los actores encargados de emprender, formular e implementar dichos programas.
