| Abstract: | The article reports several developments in activities directed to the care of people with mental disabilities in the U.S. The National Association of Regional Councils convention has been scheduled for October 21 to 27 in Seattle, Washington. Representatives of the ten provinces in Canada met in Winnipeg aimed at developing care for mentally retarded children. |
