Abstract: The author reflects on his experience towards finding where did Rosie Stuart acquired her embroidery skills. His search began when the embroidery covered books created is said to be a gift of Stuart to her friend Alice Goldmann that may lead to the identity of Stuart. After several failures of searching he had finally found out that Stuart was born in Kensington, England in 1886. She died on June 7, 1950. He asserts that he had never found out where did Stuart acquired her embroidery skills.
