Abstract: The article discusses the use of technology in Montessori elementary schools. The author explains that technological innovations in Montessori schools expand the opportunities that children create in their environment. He mentions several examples such as creating Microsoft Powerpoint presentation to explain Black History month, Microsoft Excel pie charts for the students to explain their favorite food and using digital cameras to create geometric shapes. Educational technology, as mentioned by the author is also related to Montessori's innovation in creating several teaching methods.
