| Abstract: | The author offers a commentary on a research which illustrated how a group of teacher educators select and collectively enact a focus on a broad goal in their pre-service program. She discusses the goal of self-study practitioners. Information is presented on the self-study component of the research. She explores the differences between action and intent and how they relate to the self-study perspective of teacher educators. |
