| Abstract: | The article discusses the effect of the digital domain on oral history and research on oral history projects at Murdoch University in Western Australia. It asserts that digital media has liberated oral history and released it from the control of one authorial point of view. The barriers resulting to the marginalization of oral records are cited. The production of multimedia works that aim to maximize public projects to oral history material is the focus of the study. The challenge of urging people to use digital media to view such material is noted. |
