| Abstract: | The article presents the 2009-2010 annual report of the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS). Suggestions made by the ALCTS executive committee to improve the organization are reviewed. Members honored by the ALCTS during their annual awards ceremony are discussed, including Olivia Madison, Michele Cloonan, and Peggy Johnson. Efforts made by the ALCTS to support continued education in library sciences are also discussed. The author also comments on alternate organizational structures for the ALCTS. |
