Abstract: The article offers the authors' insights on factors which can be considered in publishing process in scholarly journals. They mention the knowing the readership plays significant role in selecting an appropriate journal. They state that it is important to double check the front end to make sure that the citations and references are following the American Psychological Association (APA) specifications. They discuss the significance of studying the former issue of the target journal.
