Abstract: This article discusses the Internet Reciprocal Teaching (IRT) approach for teaching reading comprehension on the Internet. Reciprocal teaching is defined as a discussion routine in which groups of students discuss texts and share understandings together. It promotes interrelationship between questioning, predicting, clarifying and summarizing. The IRT approach can encompasses several Internet reading contexts.
