Abstract: The article discusses court cases dealing with equipment leases or personal property financings under Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code. In Equipment Leasing Group of America LLC (ELGA) v. MCG Bay LLC, the court denied damage claims for breach of contract. In Malco Enterprises of Nevada Inc. v. Woldeyohannes, the court considered the financial responsibility law. In Ex parte Cows USA LLC, the court held that a party must prove the unreasonableness of a forum-selection clause.
