Summarized are analysis findings (such as a mean of 13 different school visits per trainee) and satisfaction by trainees. Results of end of program evaluation (via a questionnaire of trainees) indicated that some competencies were covered well by course work while others were covered well in field experiences. Results of a telephone interview survey of the first group graduated (9 persons) is reported to have shown that 78% of the graduates held supervisory or administrative positions 1 year after leaving the project. Appended are such items as the field experience reporting form, a list of competency areas, a list of critical competencies, a list of activities for competency attainment, guidelines for exploratory field experiences, guidelines for the internship, and the end of program evaluation questionnaire.
