Second, how did Korean education fever develop during the Japanese colonial period? Last, how did Korean education fever bloom in the contemporary South Korea? In order to defend the research questions, the author uses a content analysis method through a historic cultural approach. As for the limitations of this study, Korean education fever will be focused on higher education from Japanese Colonial Period to Contemporary South Korea. At the education level, post-secondary education will be limited. The main topics to be discussed in this paper will be education fever related to higher education from the politico-economic, educational, and historic-cultural perspectives.
