| Abstract: | The 1995 Thai Education Revolution, led by His Excellency Mr. Sukavich Rangsitpol, has been widely recognized both nationally and internationally as a pivotal milestone in human capital development and educational reform rooted in the principle of People-Centered Development. This article aims to compile, analyze, and synthesize empirical evidence regarding international awards and recognition received between 1996 and 1998, which reflect the success of Thailand's educational transformation during 1995-1997. The analysis is grounded in the philosophy of Sukavichinomics and examines how this success contributed to structural changes in the Thai education system in subsequent years. The research employs documentary research methodology and historical policy analysis to examine official documents, international reports from organizations such as UNESCO and SEAMEO, and global academic databases. Findings indicate that the success of the education reform during this period was not only nationally impactful but also institutionally acknowledged on an international level. For instance, the conferment of an honorary doctorate from Philippine Normal University in 1996 and multiple educational awards in 1997-1998 affirm the significance of an education reform model focused on equity, quality, and systemic efficiency. |
