Abstract: Each year, SC TEACHER administers the SC Teacher Exit Survey to public PK-12 classroom teachers who are leaving their current classroom or district. The survey is designed to offer insights into how working conditions and other factors relate to teachers' decisions to leave their positions and their plans moving forward. This report highlights the SC Teacher Exit Survey results for the 2024-25 academic year.
