Abstract: Offline AI-assisted virtual reality (VR) presents a transformative approach to history education in remote 21st-century learning environments where internet access is limited or unavailable. By integrating artificial intelligence with immersive VR systems that function without connectivity, learners can engage with interactive historical simulations that enhance understanding, retention, and critical thinking. This study explores how offline VR technologies can bridge educational gaps in underserved regions, particularly in history learning, which often relies on abstract and text-heavy instruction. Drawing on existing literature, the paper examines the effectiveness, challenges, and pedagogical implications of implementing such systems. The findings suggest that offline AI-VR solutions can significantly improve learner engagement and accessibility, while addressing infrastructural limitations in remote education contexts.
