Abstract: This article offers the transcript of Steven Estes' address at the plenary session of the 2015 Annual Conference of the National Association for Kinesiology in Higher Education (NAKHE), Clearwater Beach Hilton Hotel, Clearwater, Florida, January 9. Consistent with the conference's theme of "Tradition, Transition, and Transformation," in his address, Estes summarizes accomplishments that NAKHE has made and how they were achieved. Among other topics, he discusses NAKHE's recent name change, their new publishing partner, the 2014 Interdisciplinary Congress, the Leader Development Workshop, NAKHE's new strategic plan, and new programs and awards.
