Abstract: Despite the increasing interest in data science education in the world, its teaching is not included in the curricula (junior secondary) and there is little information about it. Google Trends is discussed as a tool and database in school data science. Also, in different subjects, students were able to create and interpret graphs using this tool. This article aims to emphasize the significance of Google Trends in exploring the influence of context on data analysis. Langrall et al.'s theoretical framework on the role of context in data analysis was used to categorize students' activities. The findings showed that this tool can help students have a better understanding of the concepts of functional thinking, graph drawing and interpretation, and correlation. Tools that are data sources and easy to learn can be used at the beginning of training in data science school. Also, Google Trends can help teachers and students to get new information about their favorite topics and compare this information.
