| Abstract: | This research was to study the level of happiness at work among teachers who taught in different learning areas, and compare the happiness at work of teachers who taught in different learning areas under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. Four hundred fifty-five teachers from schools in Wachiraburapha Inter-Academic Zone were selected as samples for the study. questionnaire 25-items, 5-scale of Likert was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (one-way ANOVA) via a statistical software package. The findings showed that the overall happiness at work of teachers was at a high level (M = 4.30, S.D. = 0.59). Furthermore, significant differences in happiness scores were found among teachers in different learning areas. Specifically, teachers in Mathematics and Foreign Languages reported significantly higher happiness levels than those in Health and Physical Education, at the 0.05 level of significance. |
