Abstract (English): The objective of this study is to present a clinical case of oral rehabilitation using digital workflow, encompassing the entire process from planning to treatment completion. The evolution of implantation techniques, incorporating intraorais scanners, tomographies, and digital planning software, has led to guided surgeries. These surgeries offer greater precision, reduced surgical time, and less discomfort for patients. The report describes surgical procedures performed on the maxilla and mandible. The use of surgical guides was crucial in guiding implant drilling, following a defined protocol of drills and guide sleeves. The fabrication of prostheses was based on intraoral scans, allowing for precise planning. The digital workflow provides a high level of predictability in the outcome of both surgical and prosthetic phases. Efficient and aesthetic outcomes, reduced surgical time, increased post-operative patient comfort, and shorter prosthetic fabrication time are distinct advantages of this technique.
