Abstract (English): The Center for Technological and Educational Innovation SIMULANEST COMEXANE, driven by the Mexican College of Anesthesiology (CMA) during its 50th Annual Course in 2024, marked a milestone in the modernization of continuing medical education in Mexico. This initiative stood out for its strong focus on faculty development, achieving a successful integration between traditional teaching and cutting-edge methodologies. An educational model was consolidated, combining clinical simulation, deliberate practice, and immersive technology, promoting the democratization and accessibility of these advanced tools for all anesthesiologists, regardless of their training background or workplace. With the collaboration of BIOSSMANN, high-fidelity operating rooms were installed, while Laerdal México provided state-of-the-art simulators. Within a 600 m² space at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, 21 workshops were conducted, focusing on strengthening both technical and non-technical skills, with patient safety as a core priority. SIMULANEST COMEXANE proved to be an innovative, accessible, and replicable model, dedicated to professional excellence and continuous education. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
