Use of postmortem stereological techniques; Preparation of histological sections of the entire mamillary body; Comparison of schizophrenic patients with controls; Presence of mamillary body abnormalities with the most striking differences present in the left side; Temporal lobe abnormalities and hypothesis of language abnormalities leading to psychotic symptoms.
