Abstract: The article discusses research on the use of scalable neuromorphic computers in relation to the parallel programming of ionic floating-gate (IFG) memory arrays. Topics include the role of conductive-bridge memory (CBM), the use of artificial neural network (ANN) learning, and complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS).
