Abstract: This qualitative case study examined a piloted online synchronous school counseling site supervision training program. The findings of the study included two key themes, Community of Learning and Opportunities for Reflection and Application, which revealed aspects of participant engagement and content delivery that enhanced school counseling site supervisors' learning experiences.
