The authors raise concerns about the diversity of study designs included in the review, noting that this may lead to varying prevalence rates without adequate explanation. They also highlight the absence of a discussion on comorbidities associated with gambling problems in psychotic patients and question the inclusion of studies that do not align with the focus on PBG.
