| Abstract: | This study experimentally examined the effectiveness of a 12-session positive psychotherapy-based intervention program for fathers with low positive fatherhood scores, as evaluated by their children. The program's impact on fathers' skills was measured using pretest, post-test, and follow-up tests. The research aimed to reveal not only the short-term benefits but also the long-term sustainability of changes in fatherhood skills over 10 months. Findings indicated the positive fatherhood program was effective among these fathers, providing significant contributions to evaluating the long-term effects of programs designed to develop fatherhood skills.
