| Abstract: | The article presents a study which evaluated trauma-informed arts-based programming for 2014 youth, examining changes in self-concept and agency using latent change modeling. Topics include ways in which trauma-informed arts-based programming can facilitate such healing for youth, how a trauma-informed approach to the arts facilitates a sense of safety and connection for this population, and role of positive self-concept in promoting healing. |
