| Abstract: | The article offers information on the argument of Writer Robert I. Sutton for zero tolerance of jerks, tormentors and serial slammers in the workplace. Sutton indicates that even in the extremely unbelievable event that the bully is a genius, he still does more harm than good. Sutton avers that making exceptions for apparently special cases can be damaging, not just in spawning imitators but in depressing the initiative for others. Sutton stresses that negative interactions have five times the consequence on mood than positive interactions. |
