| Abstract: | The article presents a case study wherein the researchers have examined the organizational context and developmental framework in advancing interprofessional collaboration. The advancement process has reflected the core values of family-centred care with the integration of patients and their families. The study found that the developmental approach within a nurturing interpersonal environment and conducive organizational culture can be exponentially advanced. |
