Abstract (English): The purpose of this study is to present a comparative table of the main frameworks that are currently discussed in UNESCO. An analysis of the cities rankings of Sustainable, Healthy, Smart and MIL. The methodology used was theoretical-practical of an essentially qualitative nature and a first comparative exploratory analysis based on the multi-case methodology. Cities studied were Zurich, London, Amsterdam and Helsinki and the selection criteria take into account that these are rankings that respond to city paradigms of the most cited and debated today. The conclusions point to the need to organize rankings with more complete indicators and that integrate urban, technological and intangible aspects, some of them present in the MIL cities framework. Abstract (Spanish): El propósito del estudio es presentar una tabla comparativa de los principales frameworks de ciudad que se discuten actualmente en UNESCO, analizando los rankings de Ciudad Sostenible, Saludable, Inteligente y MIL (Media and Information Literacy) o de Alfabetización Mediática (AMI). La metodología utilizada fue teórico-práctica de carácter esencialmente cualitativo, realizándose un primer análisis exploratorio comparativo basado en la metodología multicaso. Las ciudades estudiadas fueron Zúrich, Londres, Ámsterdam y Helsinki, pertenecientes a rankings que responden a algunos de los paradigmas de ciudades más citados y debatidos en la actualidad. Las conclusiones apuntan hacia la necesidad de organizar rankings con indicadores más completos y que integren aspectos urbanos, tecnológicos e intangibles, algunos de ellos presentes en el framework de Ciudades MIL. Abstract (Portuguese): O objetivo do estudo é apresentar um quadro comparativo dos principais frameworks de cidade que são discutidos atualmente em UNESCO, analisando os rankings de Cidade Sustentável, Saudável, Cidade Inteligente e MIL (Media and Information Literacy) ou Alfabetização Mediática (AMI). A metodologia utilizada foi teórico-prática de natureza essencialmente qualitativa, procedendo-se a uma primeira análise exploratória comparativa com base na metodologia multicaso. As cidades estudadas foram Zurique, Londres, Amsterdã e Helsinque, pertencentes a rankings que respondem a alguns dos paradigmas de cidade mais citados e debatidos atualmente. As conclusões apontam para a necessidade de organizar rankings com indicadores mais completos que integrem aspectos urbanos, tecnológicos e intangíveis, alguns deles presentes no framework MIL Cities.
