description In this paper, I will show how the growth of capital over the economic expansion has generated an excessive inequity. I will also show that how this is linked to a regression in the state of wellbeing and the transformation of the citizen to a producer of goods and a consumer. I will try to expose that this situation contradicts the principles of protection of the minimal social and economic conditions stated by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and how international capitals influence the political decision and how it helps to transform the traditional concepts of sovereignty and citizenship. I will argue that it is evidently necessary to take decisions that allow, in political terms, to impose taxes to international capitals.
