Summary:This article’s objective is to describe a proposal for educational innovation in the subject of body expression and dance in the degree of Sciences of Physical Activity and Sports at the University of Vigo, based on the project approach in a multitudinous surprise dance known as Flashmob. The proprosal and practical experience is presented so as to acquire the contents of popularized dances and the choreographic creative process. The implementation of the program has proved successful in faculty-student interaction and favored student motivation towards the contents. It is concluded that the process of creation, as well as the implementation of instantaneous crowd dancing, is a suitable alternative in the acquisition of skills within the field of body expression and dance.
