Initially, we present the concept of Municipality, competence and power to decide appropriate structures of the countries under review. Then analyzed issues related to power to decide the municipality. At this point were aborted aspects the organization, structure and functioning of the municipalities in question, their skills, autonomy and subordination. Lastly, some problems that are listed, analyzed the loved face in carrying out their duties. |
