Summary:From the developed studies about rhetoric of science during this last decade onward, we approach on Einstein's Zur Elektrodynamik bewegter Kàrper. Firstly, we point out the general structure of the article, which it's the opposite of his contemporaries models (for example, Lorentz), who gave the preference to Dynamics before Kinematics. In second place, it analyses the content of article, emphasizing the rhetoric tactics he uses. Among these, the use of objectifing resources like the creation of an initial tension and the use of linguistic externalising devices are common in larger number of scientific texts. Of specific character are the omision of desagree data, as soon as the inexistence of citation; this one in relation with the importance of authority in scientific tradition. Finally, it shows the hidden dialogistical structure that contain á1 and á2 sections in Einstein's article.
