description This article describes the systematization of the experience of the Caribbean Biotechnology Center, SENA, Cesar Regional, which, through the formation of work teams that reflect synergy, union, articulation and joint reflections, managed to direct the development of the training project; But how to achieve it in other SENA training centers? The answer lies in the experience and interpretation of the reader. Carrying it out is not easy due to the dynamics of the institution and the multiple tasks performed by the instructor-trainers, as well as the few times allotted to work as a team on tasks that involve reflection. You must persevere in the process just as the center in Valledupar is doing. The methodology used for the work teams focused on assigning time, establishing common goals, and building an environment for dialogue and joint growth.
