In that vein, whereas SENA is the leading institution of vocational training in Colombia and provides the labour market with competent talent in the per formance of technical or operational functions in companies, it is interesting, besides necessary, to identify the pedagogical activities that should be prioritized throughout the training process, with a view to strengthening in the trainees the skills required to satisfactorily face the transition to the world of productive labour, so that the entity remains a benchmark in the qualification of the Colombian work force even in fluctuation scenarios. |
