The paper features a contextualization on the regulatory development of IFRS and the training on them at the Financial Services Training Centre, the pedagogical model, job skills for which SENA is governed, as a framework to analyze the results of the assessment to trainees of the Accounting and Finance Technologist training programme on their degree of knowledge and management of IFRS, in which an intermediate level was found and about which recommendations are provided for their strengthening. |
